Banana Mousse

 
   
Ingredients -
14 tablespoons Water
2 teaspoons Gelatin Powder
4 Bananas
3 tablespoons Sugar
juice of 1 Lemon
8 ounces Whipped Cream
 
Preparation:
Pour the gelatine powder into the water and allow it to swell for 5 minutes. Melt it in a double boiler and then cool it.

Process the bananas with the lemon juice and sugar and pour into a glass serving bowl. Stir in the gelatine mixture. Fold in the whipped cream with care, wipe the edges clean

Refrigerate for 3 hours to let it set.
