Put the meat in a glass bowl. Add the garlic, chopped onion,
cracked peppercorns, red wine, oil and bay leaves and mix well. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature
or overnight in the refrigerator.
Start the coals or preheat the gas grill.
3. Thread the meat, onions and green pepper on the skewers. Cook 5-7 minutes per side for
rare, 9-10 minutes for medium and 12-13 for well done.
